PSALIDI beach Kos is basically back-to-back hotels, with a sprinkling of bars and tavernas here and there. It lies just south of Kos Town along the main coast road and forms the southern headland that encloses the Kos Town bay
Many visitors staying in Kos Town head for Psalidi beach - about a 5 mins bus ride, 10 mins on the cycle path or a pleasant 30 mins walk - while those staying in Psalidi head to Kos Town for the nightlife.
Psalidi beach varies from a narrow strip of sand to large swathes of shingle and pebble. All along Psalidi beach there are pleasant views across the sea to the coast of Turkey.
Psalidi mainly caters for all inclusive hotel holidays and most visitors spend their time in the hotels or in nearby Kos Town, where most of the nightlife and entertainment is found.
It is easy to get to along the main road from Psalidi to Kos Town and there is a cheap regular bus services and plenty of taxis. you can walk it too if you don't mind dodging the mopeds and quad bikes that tear up and down.
Entertainment in Psalidi itself is very limited, mostly confined to the hotels, and visitors complain of little to do in the evening unless you venture into Kos Town.
