The medium sized beach at AGRARI Mykonos is less commercialised than many of its neighbours along the southern shores of Mykonos and a short walk west from the much bigger and more popular Elia beach.
There is a single restaurant on Agrari and a beach bar opens in the summer to provide the basics. There is no public transport to the beach but Elia does have a bus service and Agrari is near enough to walk.
There are also water taxis and land taxis from Agrari so it's not particularly difficult to reach. The road leading down to Agrari beach is spectacular, although many say it's worth going just for the view.
There is some nudity on Agrari beach but it's nowhere near as pronounced as at neighbouring Elia. Agrari beach is fairly deep with sand and small pebbles but the shoreline is quite steep so it's not particularly good for children.
Although Agrari beach does attracts a small gay crowd it is mostly a family-type beach. There are sunbeds and umbrellas to rent and watersports in the centre of the beach.
Agrari is overlooked by a large holiday complex. There is a shady taverna down a path through the trees where there are toilets and showers.
